- In most cases, prints are shipped in either tubes or flat boxes. Of course, stretched canvas prints are shipped flat. Your order is processed within 48 hours and shipped within 10 business days after you place your order. However, due to the fact that some of our product is custom, Limited Editions and Artist Proof Editions can take up to 30 days to receive.

- We do not sell email addresses or other personal information of our clients to any third party.
- Returns & Replacements
- Notify us immediately, within 7 days, of any damage due to shipping of your merchandise. Please keep all packing, as the shipping company may want to pick up the package for investigative purposes for claim processing.
We must be notified within 90 days if a return or exchange is desired. The item needs to be in the original packaging and accompanied by a receipt. For your protection, insure the package for its full value. COD’s are not accepted. We strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable method. Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping & handling charges unless an error occurred on our part in shipping your order. - Send Returns and Exchanges to:

- If you need to make any changes to your order after you placed it, please call (515) 897-9595. Please note that your order may begin processing immediately after you place your order, and it may not be possible to change items on existing orders. If the order has been shipped to you, you will have to return the merchandise.
- A Randy Earles Original Store is located in Iowa so we are required to collect sales tax on orders shipping to locations within the state of Iowa. If your order is shipping to a location other than Iowa, no sales tax is charged.

- What are Limited Editions and Artist Proof Editions?
- Limited edition means that a definitive number of prints are produced. The quantity is decided by the artist and the publisher. The number establishes the edition size and the artist signs and numbers each print. Example: 50/100. 50 is the individual print number and 100 would indicate how many are in the edition.The Artist's Proof edition is usually, but not always, 10% of the limited edition size. For example, if the limited edition size of a print is 100 the artist's proof edition would be 10. Artist's proofs have a perceived higher value in the market place due to its limited supply and availability. Artist's proofs edition are signed and numbered by the artist.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Yes. Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and other international shipments will pay actual shipping costs, including duties and other charges. We will bill your credit card for the shipping cost when delivered. Small orders sent to Alaska & Hawaii, may be sent by US Priority Mail.
